Meet Nikki

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in WA

I’m Nikki, a licensed mental health therapist with over 15 years of experience. My approach is holistic and integrative, focusing on the complexity of trauma while creating a confidential, empathetic, and supportive space. I believe in balancing compassion with honesty, guiding clients through healing with clarity and care.

I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and young adults, including neurodivergent clients, gender-affirming individuals, and professionals in medical, legal, and tech fields. My work centers on self-awareness, resilience, and emotional balance, helping clients navigate life’s challenges with a tailored, person-centered approach. When working with couples, I integrate attachment-based approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method, supporting deeper connection and communication.

In addition to private practice, I’ve spent 14 years working in high-stress environments, including with individuals impacted by trauma, crisis situations, and complex behavioral patterns. As part of this work, I provided mental health support, crisis response, and resilience training to staff and professionals in demanding roles.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I find joy in hiking, traveling, and exploring different cultures. Outside of my practice, I love spending time with my family and embracing new adventures.
