I’m Nikki, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and young adults. My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.

I have extensive experience working with professionals, neurodivergent individuals, and those exploring gender identity and affirming care. My passion is in helping clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional balance as they move toward healing and growth.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I find joy in hiking, traveling, and exploring different cultures. When I’m not in the therapy space, I love spending time with family and embracing life’s adventures.
